Data management from the State Automatic Air Quality Monitoring System is carried out through the data management system – AIRVIRO. The system calls all stations from SAAQMS every hour via GPRS connection and collects hourly data from all stations for all pollutants that are measured and the same is displayed in real time on the air quality website of the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning.
The available data from SAAQMS are monitored daily and their validation, verification, appropriate processing and analysis are performed.
Based on the received and validated hourly data, various types of regular reports (daily, monthly and annual reports) on air quality, air quality assessment reports are prepared.
Regular reporting is also carried out in case of exceeding the information thresholds and alert thresholds.
All reports as well as notifications for exceeding the information and alert thresholds are continuously published on the air quality website of the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning.
Data from SAAQMS is also displayed in real time on the website of the European Environment Agency (ЕЕА) Our country also regularly fulfills its obligations regarding the annual reporting of air quality data to the EEA.
